Before moving in

You can see all of our accommodations on the website, each apartmnet have a “request/book now” button, either use that or send us an email regarding inquiry/reservation/booking.

After that we will help you to fint the right aparment for your needs.

The price varies depending on the city, location, size of the apartment and how long you wish to rent. If you have questions regarding a specific apartment please contact us for more information or to get an offer.

No you do not. If you are arriving in the 5th and staying only two weeks you will only pay for the 14 days you are using the apartment. We usually work with monthly rent so for exampel if the rent is €1000 for the hole month we devide 1000/30 = dayfee of €30,3  14 days x €30,3 is €460, 67 so you will pay €47. If you stay less then 14 days the daily fee will be a bit more then deviding with 30 days.

We allow pets in a few of our accommodations. If you want to bring a pet you must book one if this, just bringing the pet can be very expensive due to extra cleaning charges, ruined furniture and sanitation costs.

Yes you can always cancel the rental period in advance. This will be agreed in the contract, terms of notice period.

We would like to say everything. All of our apartments are fully equipped with furniture, kitchen equipment, TV, washing machine or access to complete laundery, wi-fi (unlimited) heating and electricity.

The serviceteam also provides cleaning every other week aswell as bedlinnen and towels. When you move out Stay Easy will also take care of the cleaning to accommodate the next guest as we did you.

If the apartments is avalible you can get the keys the same day. If we do not have any available apartments / accommodations we might be able to help you anyway do to our many colaborations in the business.

No you do not, everyting you might need is in the apartment.

Our accommodations are all fully equipped and of good standard, our mission is for you to feel home away from home. The longer period you rent the lower the price. By being able to cook your own meals you will save money – Stay Easy!!

During your stay

Of course, friends and acquaintances are welcome to visit. If they wish to stay overnight and there is availability, we can provide extra pillows, duvets, and bed linen for a small fee. Please send an email to service@stayeasy.se

 

Normal wear and tear is something we expect. If the vacuum cleaner breaks, we will of course replace it. Send a email to service@stayeasy.se and we will assist you. If an urgent problem occurs outside office hours, we have an emergency number so you can get help quickly.  Phone nr: +46 793 361 361

If we have available parking it’s possible to make a booking after you’ve moved in.

If you would like or need extra cleaning, we are of course happy to assist. To be able to schedule it, we need to know well in advance. Extra cleaning is not included in the daily rate and will incur an additional fee. The cost is based on the type of cleaning you require and the size of the apartment.

  • The keys should be left in the letterdrop on the door, place the key inside after locking the door.
  • If the door does not have a letterdrop, place the key in the apartment’s mailbox, usually located by the building entrance. The correct box will be marked “Stay Easy Apartments” and the apartment number. Please make sure you put it in the right box. The box always says ”Stay Easy + apartment nr”

If you would like to check out later than 10 AM, this needs to be approved by Stay Easy. To find out if it’s possible, please email johanna@stayeasy.se
